Marshall JCM800 2203 Background Info: Introduced in 1981, the JCM 800 line became the bedrock amp for 80's rock guitar tone. The name comes from Jim Marshall's initials, "J.C.M.", coupled with the meaningless "800" from the number plate on his car. The amp uses 3 12AX7 preamp tubes and 4 EL34's in the power section, and produces more preamp gain than previous Marshall offerings.

Man this profile is so good! I got a rear ported 2x12 loaded with Celestion f12 x200 frfr speakers. This type of speaker is full range flat response, and are designed to be used with modeling amps to take advantage of cab simulations and mic placement.. This way the profiles sound pretty close to how they were captured by the profile maker..In my opinion they are a must !..Celestion recommends porting your cab to enhance low end..This is also a must it makes the low end sound so much better "palm mutes and chugging".. With profiles like these and the 2x12 I have...I feel like I will never have to buy another amp again. They are that good! Thank you Top Jimi!
